Andrew became a partner with CMW Insurance Services in 2004 after 19 years experience with another large commercial broker where he was a Senior Vice President and managed the Construction and Development Unit. Andrew has been active with the real estate and construction organization and has spoken to many real estate groups on the topics of risk management and insurance. Andrew has a degree in Economics (BA) from the University of British Columbia, Associateship from the Insurance Council of British Columbia (AIIC) and a Certificate in Risk Management from the Canadian Risk Management Council.

Peter has been providing insurance and risk management advice to his clients since 1974. He has expertise in the real estate, construction, hospitality, manufacturing and recreation industries. Prior to joining CMW, Peter spent 18 years with an international brokerage firm. Peter is a Chartered Insurance Professional with the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Angie Baugh joined CMW Insurance Services in October 2001 as the marketing manager. Previously, Angie was employed with another large commercial brokerage firm for 15 years in the commercial lines marketing department. Angie holds a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.

Gary has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. Gary joined CMW Insurance Services in March 2000 as the controller and IT manager. Prior to Gary’s employment with CMW, he held a similar position with another insurance broker.

Kelly Stafford joined CMW in October 2002. Previously, Kelly was an account manager at another large broker for eight years and an intermediate marketer on general insurance accounts at a global brokerage firm. Kelly has been involved in commercial insurance since 1982 and holds a Level 2 Insurance license.

Mark began his career in 1994 with an international insurance brokerage in Alberta prior to returning home to Vancouver in 2001. With extensive experience developing and structuring of large, complex insurance and risk management programs in the manufacturing, construction, municipal and transportation sector he has extensive knowledge in all lines of commercial exposures and coverages. Mark’s skills include providing clients with solutions beyond conventional insurance and is able to have a positive impact on his clients’ employees, customers and profits.

Mark is a past Director with both the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and the Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia. He is also a member of the Insurance Institute of Canada and the Global Insurance & Risk Management Institute.

He is an avid hockey & baseball player and spends his free time coaching these sports throughout the year.

Richard became a partner in CMW Insurance Services in December 2005. Richard’s role at CMW is to provide risk consulting advice and manage the insurance programs of his clients while also assisting in the sales development of the Commercial Insurance practice groups. Richard came to CMW after 14 successful years with a major international broker where he was a Senior Vice President and a leader of the Vancouver Industrial and Public Sector practice groups. Prior to his insurance career, Richard worked in commercial lending for a major Canadian financial institution.

Richard has extensive experience managing risk and insurance programs for both large public and private entities. As a result, Richard has developed a valuable understanding of the diversity of risks facing complex operations.

Richard was raised in Vancouver and has an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from McGill University in Montreal and his CIP, AIIC and CAIB insurance designations. Richard is an avid outdoorsman and lifelong skier.
